Is your car the best?
I know certain people that think that if they own it, it is the best that there is! I won't name any names because this is going to be a touchy subject. However, I love to create discussion. For the sake of this post I am going to say that my car is the best!
Here are some specs for you:
1993 Ford Escort
1.9L 4 cylinder engine
88 hp / 108 ft-lbs torque
4 speed automatic transmission
34 mpg highway
Front-wheel drive
(more specs available upon request)
It beats the crap out of everyone else's car! Just look how sexy it is... Tell me why your car is better. Pictures are welcome too.

My transportation beats all of yours. There's nothing like a good walk to invigorate you on a snowy day. And it means mega muscles from carting groceries home four blocks away. Plus, no money wasted on gas, or new tires, or general maintenace. Oh, beat that. ;-)
ReplyDeleteMy car now is a Ford POS. But I used to drive this really sweet 1981 Cadillac Fleetwood, which was like their mini-limo model. It had leather interior, CB radio, along with AM/FM radio and cassette. It had a diesel engine too. Not to mention the automatic transmission, cruise control, power steering, power locks, and power windows. And to top it off...it had been painted (by the previous owner using spray paint bought from the local hardware store) a metallic silver so that it looked just like a gum wrapper. It was sweet.
ReplyDeleteIt looked a little like this:
ReplyDeleteOnly somebody who dresses like this would drive that white Ford POS.
ReplyDeleteDo you remember the day that I beat you in this truck. You didn't think that it would. But it did. This truck was a POS. I could hardly get this thing to lay rubber down in gravel.

I have yet to come across a more fun to drive vehicle than my Jeep. If you think you have what it takes. Bring it!
ReplyDeleteI hope that works
My car rocks the free world.
None of you can compair the feeleing of the wind in your hair going fast through Logan Canyon. My Miata is truly one of the best rides out there. It sure beats what ever else you've got.
Hey AP, I think I burned all the rubber out of Brahama when I drove it. It worked dang good after we got the clutch replaced.
ReplyDeleteTyrell,
ReplyDeleteYou definitely did abuse that truck. I remember the tires being bald and the smell of the cab being awful... wait, maybe the smell was my fault. :P
Bob,
ReplyDeleteYour Miata definitely is sweet. I loved driving that car the one time that you let me drive it. I would love to have one myself.
AP,
Your Jeep is awesome too. I think I need to get me one so that I can have something decent to pull loads with. It would also be fun to go off-roading with a Jeep of my own.
That truck smelled bad from the day I bought it, it just smelled wierd, I think it was the material of the seat cover. It just smelled bad.
ReplyDeleteBob, don't miss represent your car. That is not your car. Your car looks like junk compaired to that. I could waste you any day. Plus, there is nothing better than sitting on the top of Mount Logan. I would like to see you do that in a Miata! The canyon is nothing when you have been on top of it all.
ReplyDeleteKen, Loose the Escort and get a Jeep!
