I wish I could be there but I can't. I'm deffinately going to watch the games, though. After Saturday's game, I'm a little nervous about San Jose State. La Tech should be a good game. And we'll be playing Nevada (unless Hawai'i comes out strong and beats them - I think they'll probably beat NMSU but probably not Nevada). I hope we win it all. We certainly are capable.
ReplyDeleteWe've dropped to an RPI of 54, which will make a NCAA bid tight. That New Mexico game that got stolen from us is what dropped us out of a sure thing with NCAA and into the tail end of the Bubble.
UTAH STATE! HEY!
AGGIES ALL THE WAY!
<thump, thump>
GO AGGIES! GO AGGIES!
HEY! HEY! HEY!
Go Utah Jazz!
ReplyDeleteUtah Jazz? Who are they? I didn't even know that they still played these days...
ReplyDeleteThey don't, but the teams that come to the Delta Center do. That's why the Jazz lose more games than they win.
ReplyDeleteThe tournament starts today!!! I'm counting on you aggie fans to watch the game. Although this could be a very scary couple of games.
ReplyDeleteRumor Mill:
According to my sources in the athletics department: Chris Huber is not going to be playing in the tournament at all because his wife is likely to give birth to twins this weekend (so I can't blame him for not going). A member of the Big Blue Club has offered to keep his jet on standby in Reno for him (which was actually done during the game in Boise a couple of weeks ago), but Huber has apparently declined. This means that we might end up seeing Durrall Peterson as point guard again.
Go Aggies!
The game starts while I am in class... hmmm... laptop + internet access in class = watch the game while in class! Heck yes! I won't miss any of it! Hopefully I can stay quiet while I'm watching it, though.
